Booking Policy
To secure your appointment at Lavelle Beauty Boutique, we recommend booking online or calling us directly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to select your colors and settle in. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible; arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule to ensure we stay on time for subsequent guests.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and the time of our talented staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, greatly impact our technicians and may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a deposit for any future bookings.
Payment Policy
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit cards. Please note that prices are subject to change depending on the exact services, length, and custom add-ons requested. Gratuities (tips) are never expected but always deeply appreciated by our hardworking team, and can be provided in cash or added directly to your card transaction.
